The 10th Annual Mountain of Demonstrations To my NHRAA Friends: Congratulations New Hampshire Road Agents Association! Thousands of highway professionals across our country recognize the phrase "Mountains of Demonstrations" as an outstanding equipment exhibition and demonstration show. That is a long way from our original concern that highway professionals would interpret the name "Mountain of Demonstrations" literally. It could be interpreted as "Live Free or Die-rs standing on mountain tops screaming, while waving flags and proclaiming the virtues of hiking in the White Mountains and driving on New Hampshire's dirt roads." The "Mountains of Demonstrations" was the brain child of many and the product of committed NHRAA volunteers under the leadership of John Anderson. It is a pleasure as the initiator of the New Hampshire LTAP program and a charter "Mountains" enthusiast to wish the NHRAA the best in their expanded leadership role for the "Mountains of Demonstrations." The NHRAA and concept of an equipment exhibition and demonstration show emerged simultaneously through UNH T2 Center activities. This year the NHRAA demonstrated its financial ability, management maturity and membership support to serve as the shows sole host. NHRAA members should pat themselves on the back for their achievementsCongratulations! The UNH T2 Center anxiously looks forward to serving the NHRAA as a resource for future "Mountains of Demonstrations." We will enthusiastically serve as NHRAA invited volunteers. We encourage the NHRAA to continue a training program as part of the "Demonstrations" activities. The UNH T2 Center is proud of its accomplishments in initiating the "Mountains of Demonstrations" and wishes the NHRAA the best in making, under their leadership, the "Mountains of Demonstrations" much bigger and better over the next ten years. You had a great start with this year's show and the following pictures illustrate this! Sincerely, Charlie Goodspeed
