| Town of Merrimack CORRUGATED ALUMINUM DRAINAGE PIPE The Town of Merrimack has for sale several feet of corrugated aluminum drainage pipe of various diameters. Faxed bids will be received by the Finance Department at 603-423-8539 by two o’clock p.m. on Friday, December 28, 2007. Bids shall be quoted with the material to be sold “as is” according to the technical specifications and the terms of sale and payment. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town.
